This model home was furnished and styled for a young family of four. 

FF&E FOR special needs units IN MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING
2018
 
VOA provided 20 special needs units for less fortunate individuals and families. The units consisted of one bedroom, two bedroom and a three bedroom unit to be furnished modestly under a very constricted budget. 
Although not all the furniture shown was used, much time and effort was put in the budget down to the very dollar in order to provide basic necessities for these apartments.
